From attending wedding receptions to performing abroad, convicted actor Salman Khan is free to do everything!
It is great to be Salman Khan these days. He has committed some crime, which is not even noticeable thanks to his charitable work helping millions. On top of that the actor, whose work comes before everything else has got him a free pass from the Bombay High Court to travel to Dubai! In his personal life too he attended his sister Arpita Khan's reception held in Himachal Pradesh.

Salman Khan's hit and run case and the hoopla surrounding the case tells us what is wrong with our justice system and also how society is brainwashed to such an extent where Bollywood celebrities reign supreme. Having got bail on his case, these days Salman bhai is a free man and to add to it would also fly to Dubai to perform at an award ceremony.

Just to keep up a pretense of some judicial rules, vacation judge Justice Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi imposed certain conditions to his pass. As was reported by, the actor was asked to hand over his itinerary of three days - May 27 to May 30 (the extent of Khan's stay in Dubai). In addition, the actor is also required to hand over his flight details to the authorities and within 12 hours of his return the actor would have to return his passport to the authorities.

While this was taken care of, the actor landed in Mandi in a chopper for the reception of Arpita Khan with Aayush Sharma, son of state rural development minister Anil Sharma. The wedding took place on November 18 but the reception happened recently. What is known to be Arpita Khan's first homecoming was celebrated with much fanfare by the Sharma family and everyone was ecstatic with Salman Khan in their midst.

Talking about his sister and Himachali traditions, Khan said, '' I have come here to hand over my sister, who is my heart. I heard that people of Himachal are very good so are the locals of Mandi. It gives me a great pleasure to see the good people around... Now I have a connection with people of Mandi and Himachal Pradesh. I will do whatever I can do for you people."
