JAMIE MYSKOVA-Buddell is just 18 month-old and he is already known for his strong forehand smash in table tennis. For people wondering what I am talking about, he is a toddler who has become an Internet sensation for something, other than being cute. He can accurately hit tennis balls delivered to him as can be seen in the YouTube video uploaded by his parents. The 90-second video has got around 630, 000 hits as I write. The family is still amazed at the euphoria, video has created and ABC has already filmed them and among the flooding media requests, talk show hostess Ellen DeGeneres desperately wants them to feature on her chat show.

 

In the video, toddler is seen sitting on a table tennis board while his father gives him table Tennis balls one after the other and he is seen hitting them with great accuracy. As reported in dailymail.com, father of the little sensation, Kevin Buddell said that it was ‘mind-boggling’ to see the toddler hit the balls with such precision. He also said, “Jamie seemed to pick it up naturally after he started playing with a table tennis ball and it wasn't long before he was hitting it with a bat.” The family, which stays in Plymouth, has said that little Jamie carries a table Tennis bat wherever he goes.

 

However, the entire thing cannot be accorded to ‘gift of God,’ as Kevin himself was a former table Tennis star and now runs a car hire company in Plymouth. The YouTube video was also not quite planned to attract the attention of the world press. Call it coincidence or what, little Jamie’s mother, Marketa, who is from Czech Republic wanted to send the video of Jamie playing to her family in Prague. While doing the same, she filmed father and son playing Tennis so that her parents would watch little’s Jamie’s show but it has in turn attracted the world’s attention.
