AFTER HUGE success of “FarmVille” and other popular online social game, the creator company Zynga launched a new title “FrontierVille” on Facebook on Wednesday. This game features pioneers seeking to tame Wild West.

Brian Reynolds, Zynga’s Chief game designer said, “You have gone out into the wilderness to start a new life. You are actually raising a virtual family on the frontier.”

“You can add a frontier spouse, create little child avatars.” He added.

Online social game developer Zynga claims more than 230 million monthly active users of its game, including “Mafia War,” “Treasure Isle,” “Zynga Poker,” “Café World,” “Fish Ville,” and “Pet Ville” in addition to “Farm Ville.”

Although the concept is similar to “FarmVille” but new “FrontierVille” provides a frsh game play experience in a new setting and some really new interesting ways to interact with your friends.

The Zynga team said FrontierVille would first appear on Facebbok before possibly moving to other platforms.

The social gamming is all about ability of the player to play with real friends on Facebook. That is what the new game is also about.

Reynolds said, "It's not going to be exactly the way it was every time you come back to it," he said. "Weeds will actually grow. Little trees grow into bigger trees.

"There's a sense that the world is alive," he said. "There's animals hiding in there, there's snakes and bears and groundhogs."

San Francisco based Zynga, founded in 2007, gets its 90% of revenue from players purchase of virtual goods.
