After being on the run for 10 days, Kanda did surface but only after his plea for anticipatory bail was discarded. The embrassing story has all the theatrical elements of a silver screen movie fraught with sex, sleaze, politics, embrassment, blackmail, climax, and mudslinging. At present, Kanda is under judicial custody of Delhi Police.

Deceased Geetika was a former employee of one of the firms floated by Kanda, MDLR Airlines. Reports emanating from investigation smack of sleaze, sex and crime. She was shouldering a plum post, director. Sources reveal her appointment letter was way too controversial, every evening she had to report to Kanda. Eyebrows have been raised over this clause; perhaps, she was allegedly exploited abusing the same clause.

Prior to raising fingers on Kanda, let me make it clear. Geetika’s postmortem report has been thrown in public domain allegedly by sycophants, cheats, corrupts who wanted to shield Kanda. These so called supporters are all out to throw their weight behind alleged murderer, Kanda. Moving one step further, Kanda and his ridiculous, blind supporters have commenced a smear campaign to depict Geetika as a loose charactered woman. According to it, late Geetika had been in a physical relationship. Kanda has been alleged of physically abusing her. He allegedly promised her marriage as well. This could be one of the reasons for her suiccide.

In her suicide letter, late Geetika nails both Kanda and Aruna. This one line is more than enough to send both behind the bars: “Kanda shameless man and every woman has the evil eye.”

Footages of Kanda surrendering to police depicted staged drama, his supporters were chanting slogans in his favor as if he has been a sacred cow and did nothing unlawful. Despite being in the news for all the shame, Kanda was waving to media as if he has been implicated, and the alleged abeting of suicide charges were baseless. Only impartial investigation into the case can bring out the truth as at every stage there are wheels within wheels and stink within stink.

What an irony? The main protagonist of this entire sex, sleaze, politics, blackmail, drama, Kanda was holding a very important portfolio in the Haryana government. He was a minister for home. Head hangs in shame, his sacred oath entrusts him to protect his subjects, in contrast, he has been alleged to have compelled young Geetika to take this extreme step.

The unfortunate death of Geetika also exposes filthy, corrupt, sinning side of some of our politicos like Kanda. Why we are electing sharks like Kanda to rule us. They are mere curse.
