The level of obesity across the world is continuing to increase day by day. According to a study conducted by World Health Organisation in 2016, 1.2 billion people in the world are overweight and more than the quarter of the overweight population are obese.
Our human lifestyle is seen as the main cause of obese in society. As the world is developing it's bringing to us new lifestyles that are not friendly to our bodies.

Some of the lifestyles that have contributed to the high level of obesity in society include; consumption of inorganic foods, lack of body exercise due to the nature of our daily activities and more stress in life, which makes some people who cannot handle their stress turn into unhealthy eating habits.

As the lifestyle is advancing it's bringing to us good life, but on the other hand, it's posing a risk to our health. Therefore, it's the role of every person to observe the body, ensure that they are healthy always since this enemy called obesity is not inferior to anybody; anyone can be obese.

As people continue gaining more weight, they are prone to various health risks. Some of the risks which obesity brings are diseases which will force the affected individuals to live with the situations in the rest of their lives. Some of the diseases that may come due to obesity may include: High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases.

In the recent years, media has flooded the minds of people with miracle remedies to solve the obesity problems. Many people were deceived into this trap, and at the end it has been discovered that it's the biggest scam that has ever happened. There exists nothing like the miracle ways to overcome obesity.

However, there are natural ways in which anyone can follow and maintain their weight to their desired level.

1. Exercise
Exercise boosts body metabolism and helps the body to burn the excess fat deposits which might have increased body weight. People today are so tied up by their work life, and they end up with no time for exercise. Anybody who wants to keep his weight in the check should create time every day to exercise at least 30 minutes.

2. Observe Diet
To reduce the risk of increased unwanted weight individuals should mind the food they eat and also the time which they eat the food. Fatty meals should regularly be avoided. Instead, people should eat more of fruits and vegetables. Also, it's important to take a main meal in the morning and during the day when the body is active. Heavy meals should be avoided during the night when people are going to sleep.

Losing weight needs sacrifice and determination. Sometimes some of you will be required to do what you don't like doing and undergo some amount of pain. If you are determined to lose weight, you will be persistent in exercise and diet. The determination will bring back your weight to normal and you will live a happy life without complications of sicknesses.
