1. Iron & Steel Industry :

Iron and Steel Industry requires a lot of Metallurgical Lime. So they operate huge capacity Lime Shaft Kiln, Dolomite Shaft Kiln. Here lime stone (CaCO2) when heated at around (1500 – 1200) Deg.C, the following reaction takes place :

 
CaCO2 + Heat (Calori) ?CaO + CO2 ↑ + Heat (Calori)

   2. Aluminum Industry :

Aluminum Industries themselves also have Lime Shaft Kiln where they produce Lime and release the CO2 presently as a waste gas to atmosphere through a chimney. In India, NALCO, BALCO, MALCO, HINDALCO & INDALCO of ADITYA BIRLA GROUP , VEDANTA all will be immediately interested to adopt such a facility as describe by me aforesaid.

   3. Glass, Cement Industry :

Besides, Steel and Aluminum, Glass and Cement industry also consumes huge quantity of Lime and all pass out its CO2 as a waste gas through chimney.

Proposed Solution :
The Heat (Calori) generated while release of Carbon Dioxide is used once again for heating up the Lime Shaft Kiln, where as the CO2 hot gas is presently released through Waste Gas Flue Stack. This can be collected with specialty equipment and refined CO2 gas then can be used as under :

   1. As a refrigeration gas or as a cooling gas in Air Conditioning Equipment, a substitute material of Florence Gas that is being presently used.
   2. The CO2 gas can also be used in Red Mud Sludge, a waste from Aluminum industry kept in a huge Pond called Red Mud Pond or Bauxite Residue Pond and neutralize the reactive Soda content in it . All aluminum industry and the Government Pollution Dept. consider the Red Mud (Bauxite Residue) of Aluminum Industry as a Solid waste Pollution Material and every Aluminum Producing Countries are continuousl;y working on the same. If CO2 gas is collect and passed in Red Mud Pond the following beneficial reaction takes place and convert the Red Mud / Bauxite Reside of Aluminum Industry as like that of Vergin Earth.

Red Mud’s – NaOH + CO2 = Na2CO3 (Sodium Carbonate, an inorganic salt) + H2O (Water)

   3. So this is how CO2 gas can be of industrial use as a valuable raw material in Aluminum industry to control its pollution and converting its Red Mud equivalent to “As like Earth” that can be used as earth for various cultivation, ceramic material manufacturing Red Brick manufacturing etc. And CO2  is a proven gas that can be used as a substitute material in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment in place of Florence Gas.
   4. Besides, we all know the tree and plants inhale CO2 Gas in day time and release O2 (Oxygen) Gas. So greenery is the best and immediate solution for excess CO2 in atmosphere created by industries. But then, we must adopt scientific control measures also with side by side growing trees takes long time to ensure minimum global warming and can certainly bring immediate justice to human-being of the world.
   5. Developed and patented the process for manufacturing of Burnt Constructional Load Bearing Brick / Block, Artificial Ceramic Stone Chips, Ceramic Sanitaryware, Ceramic (Floor, Wall & Roof) Tiles both Glaze and Unglazed, Constructional Pozzolona Cement, etc

Steps by the respective Governments of Iron & Steel, Aluminum Producing Countries to execution Research Project findings :
 
1.      Government of all Alumina Producing Countries must initiate policy for implementation of projects with Red Mud (Bauxite Residue) as mentioned aforesaid.
2.      Government of all Iron and Steel, Alumina Producing Countries must initiate policy for the Use of CO2 Gas as substitution of Florence Gas that is presently being used in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipments.
3.      Government of all Alumina Producing Countries must initiate policy for the Use of CO2 Gas in Red Mud (Bauxite Residue) of Aluminum Industry to make the Red Mud “As like Vergin Earth” as mentioned above.
4.      Government to ensure certain incentives to ensure Zero Defect Pollution Free Atmosphere and Reduction of Global Warming inputs instead of levying the Industry with High Penalties and Pollution Tax. After all it is certainly an extra efforts that industry has to take up.
 
Steps by the respective Corporate House of Iron & Steel, Aluminum Producing Countries to take initiation to employ people to develop / find entrepreneur to carryout such project as subsidiary / joint – venture of such plants. :
 
1.      Iron and Steel, Aluminum Corporate House must adopt policy to allocate land space / utilities, the CO2 Gas and Bauxite Residue or any other Solid, Liquid or Gas waste to the entrepreneur, so that, entrepreneur feel a full support from the Principal Iron and Steel, Aluminum Corporate House, to jump into such positive proposal.
2.      Iron and Steel, Aluminum Corporate House must employ educated and job – knowledge oriented persons to handle such projects from scratch , develop entrepreneur with effect knowledge and educate the end user of such products by the people.
 
 Requirement of such Specialty Job :
 
Since the aforesaid jobs are of very “SPECIALTY NATURE”, it is absolutely necessary and careful to recruitment the exact person. It is also suggestive to hire Retired Technical Consultant, who have similar experiences carrying out such Specialty Jobs, right from Research & Development of similar project jobs, i.e., from Raw Material Stage, to manufacturing, Marketing and Application of the New Generation Products, Project Implementation, etc.

Either Respective Government to hire such Retired Technical Consultant or Corporate House to hire such Retired Technical Consultant who will select the entrepreneur on behalf of Respective Government of Corporate House.

Then only the findings of Research & Development can be smoothly executed by both the Respective Government and the Corporate House by such Retired Technical Consultant having Specialty Job Knowledge and Experience. Moreover, it will be a pleasure for the Retired Technical Consultant to do such Specialty Job with zero defect perfection, confidence and with minimum cost of hiring for the New Generation World-wide.

This will certainly find interesting for both the respective Government of countries and as well as to the Corporate House.
