Go for deep muscle relaxation to bust your stress
People often complain that life has become fast and stressful. In other words, the present age is being characterized by individualism, competition and fast life is causing stress.
And, if we don't learn how to relax and have worthwhile leisure activities, we will not only living a stressful life but also a meaningless life.

The wise people have always said that relaxation was the key to self-improvement and happiness. Therefore, we need to take the responsibility of our health and happiness in our own hands.

There are many stress-related diseases that show up if we don't manage stress. Some of the stress-caused diseases are the migraine, ulcers, blood pressure, sugar, blood pressure and heart problems.

When done correctly, the following simple relaxation exercise suggested by Dr. Miriam Stoppard called 'Deep muscle relaxation' can be extremely helpful.

  • Lie down at a quite place and let go your body

  • Tense your legs one by one and let them loose slowly. Do the same with your arms and abdomen

  • Tense your jaw muscles and loosen them slowly

  • Tense your eye muscles by closing your eye as hard as possible than loosen them slowly

  • Pull your lips in a smile posture and loosen your lip muscles

Do this exercise in the morning for 10 to 15 minutes with empty stomach and before going to bed, you will be able un-wind and relax yourself.
