Good habits and precautions help evade back pain
It is one of the most common problems and one of the most ignored one. Back ache should be treated at the earliest so that it does not become unmanageable.

LONG HOURS in front of the computer, tedious board meetings and making presentations - almost every kind of work these days requires a person to sit in one place in front of a computer, which in turn harms the posture and creates lifelong back problems. Apart from the long working hours, this problem is also present in young adults due to some habits that most people overlook.
