It would be nice if laws governing the ventilation aspects are amended to ensure that each and every flat in a building complex has good air circulation. It is also observed that some flats in a residential complex do have good ventilation systems whereas other flats may not be having so much of ventilation and this is happening due to coincidence factors because the construction structure is more or less the same in all these flats in a building complex.
Specialists or experts in air ventilation should be encouraged or mandated to support buildings that are planned to come up in the future to ensure that each and every house/flats does get adequate ventilation.
For a healthy living, people need clean and filtered air in both living and work environments. Architects specializing in air ventilation can do a better job by ensuring that residential buildings structures are so well constructed that majority of the flats/houses do get ample ventilation (including cross ventilation).
Concerned agencies can do well to debate the issue of importance of air ventilation and encourage more and more agencies to come up in the future for bettering the air quality that we breathe for our sustenance. Through debates, more and more can be done for improving the air quality.
