Google Android integrates flash, will play flash videos
Google Android will soon be able to play Flash videos, thereby opening up a brand new vista in video technology of mobiles. Currently, two of its main rivals, the Apple iPhone and the Windows Phone 7 Series do not provide Flash Player support.

SMARTPHONE FROM search engine giant Google, Google Android will soon be able to play Flash videos, thereby opening up a brand new vista in video technology of mobiles. Currently, two of its main rivals, the Apple iPhone and the Windows Phone 7 Series do not provide Flash Player support.

This new move by Google was announced by Google product manager Eric Tseng in Barcelona at the Mobile World Congress. Speaking on Flash integration with next generation Android phones, Tseng said “By working closely with Adobe we can tie the Flash runtime directly into the high-end hardware in these devices."

Google expects Adobe Flash runtime integration with Android phones, would clearly give Android an edge over iPhone and Windows 7 Phones.
