Google India marks Children's Day with a prize winning doodle
Google India's home page today honoured Children's Day being celebrated in India. The doodle had been designed by a tenth grade student, Gayatri Ketharaman, of Bishop's co-education school in Pune. She has won the first prize for her doodle depicting various facets of Indian women.

As we know that Google doodles are the decorative changes that are made to the Google logo to celebrate land mark happenings, holidays, anniversaries, inventions, achievements and lives of famous people, events, artists and scientists.

The prize-winning doodle titled "Sky's the limit for Indian women" has been selected from the entries received for the fifth edition of Doodle4Google competition with the theme on celebrating Indian women.
