A lot of drama surrounding the college admissions in Gurgaon is going on. While the initial admissions process were delayed till July 1, now all the seats of the Government College of Gurgaon is not getting filled. It seems that the college is not very popular among the students and it is unable to grab enough students to fill up the remaining seats and this is why the fourth cut off list for the college has come out.
Even after three cut off lists on the
go, the students are not showing up for admissions at the Government
College. So, the college has decided to bring in the fourth cut- off.
The Government College has decided that the students who come under
the fourth cut off list will be admitted to the college only after
submitting the late fees.
The first cut off list demanded
percentage above 90. Whereas, in the second cut off, the percentage
went down to 85, followed by the third cut off with 80 percent of
marks. Even after the third cut off showed a fall of 10 percent as
compared to the first cut off, the Government College was still not
able to gather ample amount of candidates to fill up the seats.
It is expected that the fourth cut off
list will give students, the opportunity to place themselves into the
college and also, the college would be able to start the classes with
no empty desks.
