Government needs to punish MNS hooliganism
This Congress-NCP alliance should exhibit strong governance and take stringent action against Thackeray and his hoodlums. Such an action would receive the full support of the people, who would have realised that this brand of politics is divisive.
THE HOOLIGANISM of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena is not new in the state. However, the fact that it was carried out in the state assembly, shocked the nation. The incident took place during the swearing in ceremony in the house, when one assembly member took his oath of office in Hindi.

The MNS and its supremo Raj Thackeray, have only till date, cashed on provoking the regional sentiments of the Marathi people. Even now, when he party took its first step in the state assembly it, instead of raising issues of primary importance, sought to give light to the same regionalism and this would bounce back against them.

This is the time for the ruling Congress NCP alliance to exhibit strong governance and take stringent action against Thackeray and his hoodlums. Such an action would receive the full support of the people, who would have realised by now, that the MNS is up to no good.

Our country equally respects all languages and so has chosen 18 official languages. Even though Hindi is our official language members to the august assemblies and the Parliament have often sworn into office in other languages. Even after this incident, many MLAs who had earlier chosen to take their oaths in Marathi, took them in Hindi, Sanskrit and English, as a mark of protest against MNS goondaism in the state assembly.

On the other hand, the virtual silence by the BJP and Shiv Sena on the whole episode, shows an almost silent support towards the MNS.

.What MNS is doing has to be done every where, WHY? it is the impotency of the people in North India that their states are still backward. Being one of the best lands for agriculture N.India should be much more advanced but it is opposite. So why put their problem on the South people, In karnataka, Bangalore it is being flooded by N. Indians , there has been an increase in number of criminal activities at the same time. These people do not have permanent address or identity and create all sorts of problem. The N. Indian students come to study here, and instead of studying are involved in Alcohol, Drugs, Fights and all sorts of non sense. Ex- In Bangalore Medical College the North Indian boys and girls are involved in all sorts of activities which are alien to South Indian customs, Most girls have got nothing to give their husbands as already they have done everything and that to shamelessly. North Indians are not problematic, but their presence in other states are creating problems. Just ask any Traffic police, they will tell the North Indians are very rash and create all non sense in roads. Either North Indian people should fight their political bosses for development or if they come to South should follow the customs of South.
