Govt non-serious about Kashmiri Pundits' problems: Shri Ram Sena
Shri Ram Sena Jammu-Kashmir has demanded immediate creation of homeland for migrant Pandits in Kashmir Valley as proposed by Panun Kashmir. The Sena also demanded Rs. 20000 relief per family per month besides government service to at least one member of each family in Kashmir.

IN A meeting held on August 10, the Shri Ram Sena state president Rajiv Mahajan castigated NC-Congress led coalition state government for its 'indifferent attitude' towards the legitimate and genuine demand of Panun Kashmir for a separate homeland to Kashmiri Pandit migrants in the Kashmir Valley.

Mahajan said that Kashmiri Pandit migrants have been living a life of miseries and agony for the last 23 years since their exodus from Kashmir Valley, leaving their homes and hearths behind. He said they faced the most unsuitable environment, bear the brunt of scorching heat and faced casualties on account of unfavorable environment outside Valley.

Mahajan further said that Prime Minister’s Employment package for unemployed Kashmiri youth has not been implemented till now. He demanded the implementation of package in letter and spirit with proper security to employees in Kashmir so that no harm could be done to their life while serving in Kashmir valley.

Mahajan said that state government seems non-serious towards mitigating the sufferings of Kashmiri Pandit migrants. On one hand government talks of return of Kashmiri migrants to Valley with dignity and on the other hand it is escaping from its moral obligation by not conceding to the demand of Kashmiri Pandits.

Those who also spoke on the occasion were Ajay Gupta (Sr.Vice President), Bal Krishan Arora (Secretary), Pawan Choudhary (Vice President), Raghvir Krishan Gupta (Organiser), Shiv Kumar Sharma (City Vice President), Anil Chopra (Industries President), Vijay Gupta (Press Secretary), Parul Gupta (Youth President), Rahul Khokher (Udampur Distt. President) and others.
