Mr Rathee, upset with the way DGSCL, the present private concessioner of the toll plaza, had been operating said that the latter had only been focussing its efforts on exploiting commuters to collect money. “Whether or not problems are resolved after govt buys e-way, but at least things will get better than the present situation," Mr Rathee told this citizen journalist .
He said that right now situation on toll plaza is worst. “We can not say that govenment will be able to resolve this or not but the present private concessioner, DGSCL, is really an arrogant organisation where no appeal and problems of a common man was heard in past,” he added.
Though Mr Rathee welcomes this govt move, but he maintains that the delay in the process is a cause of concern. "Government has already declared its decision to buy this toll and thus DGSCL would try to collect money as much as possible in this term and will make things worse," Mr Rathee added.
"I don't know why this will delay will happen if government already declared their decision. We have sent letter of Chief Minister and Chief Secretary of the state to implement this decision as quickly as possible," Rathee added further.
