Gurgaon Assembly Election around the corner: Parties gearing up for fight!
Gurgaon is about to face its Assembly elections and a lot of changes are taking place, before the D day. Parties are announcing the names of their candidates and independent candidates are trying to woo the public with promises of a better tomorrow.
Recently, Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) announced their second list of 11 candidates. The list was announced on Thursday by INLD's Haryana
unit President Ashok Arora and senior party leader Abhay Singh Chautala in Gurgaon.
While BJP and Congress is yet to finalise their candidates, INLD's candidates include INLD's organizing secretary Rampal Majra, Nangal Chaudhary MLA Rao Bahadur Singh, Zakir Hussain, Kailash Bhagat, Balwan Singh Daulatpuria, Anup Dhanak, Satyavir Yadav, Lalit Bansal, Teja Dalal Pahalwan, Nirmal Chaudhary and Sadhu Ram.
Another move by the Bhupinder Singh Hooda has made people see it as a political turn of events. Tauru, which was with Mewat for the last 11 years have been merged with Gurgaon now. Although a section of the town, which is Hindu dominated and Mewat is Muslim dominated has been demanding it for some time now, yet the move has raised many eyebrows.
While a lot of people thought it to be political game, there were quite a few who were ecstatic with the news.
