professional and uses scientific techniques and interesting tools to
bring a variety into the programming of its unique Bootcamps. It is a
10 week fitness camp where you can do circuit training, traditional
exercise along with fun way workouts.
Jatin also shared few tips for first
timers in running and said, ''For first time runners, it is better
not to run long distances. 60 seconds running and 60 seconds walking
is the best way to start. Right shoes are another thing which should
be taken care off. Every runner has a different style of running and
everyone should select the shoes accordingly. Be hydrated and keep a
check on your diet.''
