Gurgaon becomes fitness conscious with running groups becoming the new fashion fad
In our present lifestyle, what we lack is the spare time to nurture ourself. Stress and hectic workload drains your energy leaving us tired and dull. If you are residing in Gurgaon, then you are at an advantage as one can easily correct this position of no exercise by joining one of various running groups around. Whether you are a corporate professional, athlete, homemaker, student or enjoying your retirement running is the best gift you can give your body.
Gurgaon has matured over the years in fitness consciousness and standard of healthy living. Apart from running groups, one finds many gyms and yoga classes mushrooming in the silicon city. Running has its own health and fitness benefits, but more importantly provides powerful benefits by boosting self confidence. Running and living, Run with me foundation, Lets Run Gurgaon, Bootcamp Yellow and Runbugs are few groups in Gurgaon. We talked to Jatin Arora from Bootcamp Yellow about the importance of running and their experience with runners in Gurgaon.

He said, ''Fitness is the ability to meet the demands of one’s environment as efficiently as possible. We have working professionals, students, home-makers and retired grandparents in our group, because fitness is essential to lead a healthy and efficient life and is a common principle for everyone.''

Jatin Arora is 'A' certified fitness professional and uses scientific techniques and interesting tools to bring a variety into the programming of its unique Bootcamps. It is a 10 week fitness camp where you can do circuit training, traditional exercise along with fun way workouts.

Jatin also shared few tips for first timers in running and said, ''For first time runners, it is better not to run long distances. 60 seconds running and 60 seconds walking is the best way to start. Right shoes are another thing which should be taken care off. Every runner has a different style of running and everyone should select the shoes accordingly. Be hydrated and keep a check on your diet.''
