Gurgaon becomes the hotbed of interesting housing projects
Gurgaon is known for fine dinning and elegant standard of living. These days, a number of projects are coming up to cater to the needs of the Gurgaonites and to give them first class experience. Another big name setting up shop here is CHD Developers Ltd.

They have announced the launch of VANN located in Sector 71, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. VANN's USP is the assurance of living amidst a forest nestled within the environs of India's most bustling and upscale city. It comes with many unique features that give a sense of grandeur never experienced before.

The entire spectrum of the forest theme underlines the significance for assimilation of 5 human senses namely sound, sight, aroma, feel and taste. Where residents could enjoy birds chirping every morning and sense the soft rustle of leaves as the cool breeze gently drifts through. Every apartment will exude the fragrant charm of a Spice Garden, which will house numerous aromatic herbs and spices, each balcony will uncover a breezy window overlooking the charming forest life, thereby an ideal conjunction of the supreme forces of nature.

Elaborating on the project, Mr Ravi Saund, COO, CHD Developers Ltd, said: ''This project is the first of its kind ever developed in Delhi NCR, agroup housing project catering to the mid-income segment offering plush lifestyle with world class facilities amidst vast expanse of greenery at a competitive rate with a sense of grandeur never experience before. This project, worth Rs 300 crores, will create a benchmark of excellence and craftsmanship for projects in the area. Being truly VANN with Nature, every apartment will exude the charm of a forest living throughout the year, at the nonpareil location on Sohna Road means VANN will be equally alluring to forest lovers and city denizens.''

He further added, ''Through this project we aim to fulfill our commitment to offer a serene prosperous community with state of art amenities at a gung ho price to deliver as per schedule.''

The Forest Trail features a Spice Garden, which will house numerous aromatic herbs and spices. The Bonsai Club and the 'Knowledge Walk' will showcase various exotic and endemic species of plants and trees, highlighting their characteristics.

The serene-yet-plush project on Sohna Road is close to all city centres and facilities too. It is built keeping in mind that Medanta and Artemis Hospital are within five minutes' driving distance, while HUDA City Metro Station is five minutes, Cyber City and NH-8 10 minutes, and IGI Airport 25 minutes away, respectively. VANN is connected to these areas via a 60-metre-wide road.

Inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon and the Neemrana Fort, VANN's Vaastu-compliant towers will be of varying heights with some landscaped roof terraces, facilitating beautiful forest views year-round. Accordingly, some towers will soar 20 storeys, while others will scale four storeys only. In harmony with this approach, the landscaping will draw inspiration from the stepped Ghats and Forts. Multi-level landscaping will be interspersed with pools, plants and trees.

A world-class club with swimming pool, pool-side gym and bistro, a special yoga-cum-meditation deck to relax and rejuvenate; tennis court, cricket net, mini football zone and outdoor fitness area; a jogging trail and a reflexology park to work out or unwind; a kids' zone with skating rink, tree house, kids' pool and more are the other highlights of the project. This place would be an heaven for the elite group with every facility at hand.
