Municipal Corporation Gurgaon (MCG) has also asked the officials to expedite the speed of work, especially concerning the public, so that Gurgaon citizens are not harassed.
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION Gurgaon has displayed the Citizen Charter at the Citizen Facilitation Centre to ensure the services to the citizens of Millennium City are delivered within a fixed time limit. As per the instructions of MCG Commissioner, the MCG officials will now have to process the various certificates and licenses applied by citizen in specific days, as the same have been fixed by MCG.
For the birth and death certificates, MCG will have to issues the same in 3 day, House Tax Payment will be given receipts instantly, the owner name change in House Tax record should take place in maximum 14 days, sanction of building plans will take no more than 23 days, No Dues Certificates will be issued in 15 days, Fire/NoC renewal will take place in 30 days, RTI applications have to be answered in 30 days, marriage certificates to be issued in 15 days, Issue of Trade License U/s 330,331, 335 & 336 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 should not take more than 15 days, issue of meat shop license should not take more than 12 days, and mobile tower registration will be processed in maximum 30 days.
The MCG has also asked the officials to expedite the speed of work, especially concerning the public, so that Gurgaon citizens are not harassed. The Citizen Facilitation Centre works all seven days of the week.
