Gurgaon is getting worse when it comes to missing persons
Believe it or not, Gurgaon Police is a complete failure in tracing missing sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers of families. It's a matter of a grave concern.

UNDOUBTEDLY, GURGAON or the Millennium City is well-known globally as fas as Information Technology is concerned but at the same time it is ranked in the top when it comes to number of missing persons in the city.

As per the figures available from a reliable source as on 15.08. 2012 the number of missing persons stood at  24039 - which is not a small number. There were missing complaints for 15395 males and 8644 for females. Further, 5467 males and 2628 females are in the age group of below 18 years.

So what do the above statistics indicate? Clearly the inability of the police in Gurgaon to investigate and trace missing people who have been duly reported.

The missing cases may be of abduction, kidnapping, property dispute, or run aways in case of the young lads; though the reasons can be numerous. It is the moral duty of our police to trace them at top priority. In some cases the police even refuges to register a FIR. In a police station every sheet  of a paper rolls on wheels. It is up to you to roll it with your limited force. Every reader knows it is a fact but certainly it can’t be proved but talked about only.

I am very positive if our police, so desired to trace out a case, they can very well do it - subject to their willingness. There is nothing impossible for the police and every one of us knows it.
