Gurgaon MP Rao Inderjit Singh orders permanent military forces at Tauru
A week after the communal riots, Tauru still looks gloomy as the paramilitary forces are still being deployed in the region. The curfew, which was thought to have been removed 3-4 days after the incident, has still not been moved out of Tauru as the terror has not left the place and minds of the residents.
The clash arose after a 22 years old man was crushed by a dumper while traveling on a motorcycle with a fellow rider. The local residents and the people, who witnessed the accident lost their cool and assaulted the driver and his assistant. After the accident, even the police were unable to stop the mob.

Gurgaon MP and Union Minister Rao Inderjit Singh told timesofindia.com that he has demanded that the paramilitary forces should be permanently stationed in Mewat after he met the fear stricken residents of the area.

He also said that the government did not learn any lesson from the earlier incidences that had broken out during the Lok Sabha election. He claimed that the clash showed some anti-social elements gave rise to the clash.

Singh, after speaking to the panchayat of Mewat and the surrounding villages in Gurgaon's Pathredi village said that he would also make sure the availability of helicopters for the forces to reach Mewat in time in case the violence breaks out again in the district. Since, Tauru has been still under the curfew, the district administration did not allow a meeting in the region and so the meeting was held in Pathredi.

Dharambir Singh, BJP MP said that the police check the plying of illegal dumpers in the region which usually are the major cause for the road accidents. Also, he asked the police to seize all the illegal weapons as well.
