Legal and child safety experts present at the panel discussion endorsed the view that child safety can be greatly enhanced if schools, parents and the police partner together in this important effort. A parent said, ''We total agree with the view that it is better to prevent a crime that have to call in the police to solve it later, and are very glad that Gurgaon Police has taken this initiative. It will help bring all schools to a level which ensures basic safety of all children.''
