Gurgaon welcomes differently abled T20 cricketers from Pakistan
Tau Devi Lal Stadium in sector- 38, Gurgaon hosted a T20 cricket match of differently abled players between India and Pakistan. The Pakistani cricket players were invited on the occasion of World Disability Day.

The 19-member team reached Gurgaon on Monday evening via Lahore- Delhi bus service. The Indian team of differently abled players had recently won a match in Islamabad, Pakistan.

"We won the match against Pakistan when the Pakistan Cricket Association for Physically Challenged invited us last month and it was our turn to invite them over for a T20 cricket match. We want to promote cricket for the physically challenged players in the country and elevate it to an international level," said Ravi Chauhan, General Secretary of PCCAI (Physically Challenged Cricket Association of India).'

Pakistan's team of special cricket players visited Faridabad last year and since then there has been no looking back. PCCAI is also planning to rope in teams from Afghanistan and other neighboring countries with an aim to encourage cricket for differently abled players.

PCCAI had also managed the security concerns to ensure smooth game between the two teams and to make this event a memorable one.
