Gurgaon's conman story fit for films!
A fraud, who has been duping people in Gurgaon for the last four years, has been caught in Hisar on Friday. Told to have duped people of 4 crore of rupees, his life was flamboyant and is made up of stuff on which films are made. He can be called Gurgaon's Jordan Belfort as his life was as colourful and sinful as the original Wolf of Wallstreet's.

Starting as a taxi driver from Hisar, Ashish Sen, had a penchant for the high life and went to every length to attain it. Married with two kids, Sen moved to Gurgaon six years ago and became the conman of the millennium city. He was arrested when a news anchor complained against him and said that Sen was blackmailing her. The man had duped hundreds of men and women, but even after his arrest only six complains has been registered against him.

A graduate from DAV College, as was reported by, Sen, who was also known as Ashish Bishnoi to many, used to throw private parties and used to invite the A-listers of the city. His game was not realized for many years as he led a lavish life with four personal guard, expensive cars and a penthouse, which was rented. He was helped by his live in partner.

He used to con people into investing in HUDA lands and projects and duped them of 25 lakh of rupees. The complaints  also said that he conned people of Rs. 4 crore but we are sure there is more. The one and only time he ever got into trouble with the police was when he was arrested in 2004 for giving a fake ID for a mobile connection.

His wife knew about his live in partner and vise versa. However, he used to have a string of girlfriends, who he used to travel with across the country and record intimate moments with, so that later he could blackmail them.

From a humble background, Sen is kept in three days remand. A police source said, '' Fresh charges have been slapped on Sen under various sections of IPC, following the FIR by the jeweller. Sen's wife Simmi has also been named in the FIR as an accused in a cheque bounce case. The jeweller has alleged that Simmi bought jewellery worth Rs 12 lakh and gave him a cheque which was not honoured.''

While a number of photograph is there of Ashish Sen and Alok Mittal as well as other administrators, sub-inspector Punam Hooda has been questioned in connection with the case.
