SRK is currently in Berlin shooting for his upcoming movie Don 2 and it is expected that King Khan will celebrate his birthday with his wife Gauri and children Aryan Khan and Suhana and close friends. His closest buddy Karan Johar will not be the part of his birthday celebrations, as he is suffering from malaria. However, Hrithik Roshan and wife Susanne are with him to celebrate his birthday.

Shahrukh Khan started his silver screen inning from film Deewana (1992). For this film SRK won Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. During his 19 years in Bollywood, he has won 13 Filmfare awards. He has done many big hits such as Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (1995), Dil To Pagal Hai (1997), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001), Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003), Veer-Zaara (2004), Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (2006), Chak De India (2007) and My Name Is Khan (2010).

King Khan also worked in television serials like Fauji, Circus. He has hosted TV game show Kaun Banega Crorepati 3 and Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain?

Shahrukh Khan has been awarded India's fourth highest civilian award, Padma Shri in 2005 and in April 2007, a life-size wax statue was installed at Madame Tussaud Wax Museum, London.
