Haryana police issues lookout notice for 'Guru Pa's Angel' Honeypreet Insan
The Haryana police on Friday issued a 'lookout notice' for 'papa's angel' Honeypreet Insan, the adopted daughter of 50-year-old rape convict Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh. Gurmeet's conviction had triggered massive violence and arson across Haryana, especially in Panchkula.

While according to some media reports, Priyanka Taneja alias Honeypreet Insan has gone into hiding, other media sources say that she is living in the house of a Dera follower in Rohtak, where she has been holed up since the Dera Chief'sbeing sentenced to 20 years ofjail term for raping two women disciples in 2002.

Ram Rahim's 'favourite' daughter Honeypreet, who introduces herself as 'Papa's angel', 'philanthropist', 'director', 'editor and actress', is now on the radar of Haryana police.

As per a Times of India report, she has been charged with sedition, or instigating violence, and conspiracy in attempting to free Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh from Panchkula on last Friday, after the latter was convicted by a special CBI court for raping two Dera sadhvis.

As per media reports, airports, bus and railway stations have been alerted. A similar 'lookout notice' has also been issued for Aditya Insan, the mouthpiece of Dera Sacha Sauda who is now on the run. He is charged with inciting the mob which resulted in violence. The violence in Panchkula in the aftermath of the Dera chief's conviction led to 38 deaths.

Honeypreet had also accompanied the self-styled godman Ram Rahim to the court complex in Rohtak after the CBI special court in Panchkula pronounced a verdict in the rape case againstthe Dera Chief on Friday, August 25th, 2017.

Honeypreet, who is believed to be Dera Chief's closest comfort girl, was earlier married a rich Dera devotee Vishwas Gupta. The couple had got married on February 14, 1999.

However, in 2011, Gupta approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking the custody of his wife from the Dera chief and accused Gurmeet Ram Rahim of sexually exploiting her.
