FORMER OLYMPIAN Hassan Sardar will represent Pakistan in the Olympic Conference to be held in Korea during November 29-30.

According to a press release issued by Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF), the nomination has been made on the request of Pakistan Olympic Association (POA).

This is a welcome step taken by International Olympic Association (IOC) and Korean Olympic Association (KOA) to organize the Olympic Conference before the Olympic Games 2012 which are scheduled in London next year, said Asif Bajwa, PHF Secretary in a press release.

Bajwa mentioned that Hassan Sardar will represent Pakistan in the Olympic Conference and will also give suggestions to improve the facilities on Olympic Games 2012. Moreover, he will also discuss other relevant matter on behalf of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF).

Olympic Games will be held next year in London where Pakistan will also participate. Olympic Games are considered biggest mega event in the sports world.
