Despite the High Court orders that denied bail to Jagan Mohan Reddy, his cadres feel that Jagan would come out clean, strengthen the party at ground level and continue the Odarpu Yatra.
THE BAIL petition of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been dismissed by the High Court today. Reddy had filed bail petition on June 21 when trial court rejected his bail petition. Mr. Ram Jetmalani, senior lawyer of the Supreme Court has argued for Jagan.
The CBI court has argued that if Jagan comes out he would influence the witnesses and case would be weakened. But the CBI has not shown any such incidents to the Court.
The High Court has felt that when the case was nearing its end it would not be good to sanction the bail. Meanwhile CBI has filed a petition to allow them to conduct Narco-Analysis test on Jagan and it would come up for hearing later today.
Mrs Vijayamma and a team of YS Congress Party comprising of former MP Mysoora Reddy went to Delhi to meet the Prime Minister. On Wednesday, the team met the PM and explained the alleged harassment, they were facing at the hands of the CBI. They also met NDA Chairman and Bardan of CPI and some other leaders of Non-UPA partners.
