It is designed for use with multiple devices including programmable read-only memory (PROM), programmable logic devices (PLD), flash microcontrollers and serial or parallel memory. This programmer belongs to GAO’s Embedded Development Tools family of products.
This compact universal programmer, model B0M70001, offers a 48- pin ZIF socket with universal drivers and features test vector capability and a multi-array fuse map editor. It automatically identifies the manufacturer and type of EPROM and also identifies TTL/CMOS logic IC device insertion. It starts programming automatically upon detection of chip insertion in auto-run mode.
The programmer accepts standard file formats including JEDEC, INTEL (Extended) HEX, HOLTEK, EMC (CDS) and INTEL HEX16.
Universal DIP, PLCC, QFR, TSOP, PSOP, SOIC, SSOP and SDIP adapters are available for this high performance programmer. It offers eight languages including English, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Korean, Poland, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. In addition, this programmer connects to a computer via a USB port and manages the 16 bit and 32 bit word split under Windows XP/2000/NT/Vista operating systems.
