HINDU STATESMAN Rajan Zed and National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) are thinking of working together on issues of common interest.

Zed, who is president of Universal Society of Hinduism and who visited NCAI headquarters in Washington DC (USA) on May 25, says that they are planning to have further dialogue and might cooperate on common causes.

Rajan Zed met with Ahniwake Rose, NCAI Policy Analyst, and discussed various topics.

Founded in 1944, NCAI works for the rights and welfare of American Indians and Alaska natives. Jefferson Keel is president while Jacqueline Johnson Pata is the executive director. Hinduism, oldest and third largest religion of the world, has about one billion adherents and moksh (liberation) is its ultimate goal.

Better make sure there are cameras and reporters there or Zed will find better things to do. He's the universal leader of the Hindus after all!
