On his directions he motivated Junaid and even visited Jammu twice in this regard to finalise his induction plan into the HM outfit. Subsequently, he collected Junaid from bus stand Kishtwar and handed over him to the next HM-carrier Irshad Ahmed, son of Gh Mustafa Akhoon, resident of Lidri, Dacchan as per the plan. Irshad Ahmed took the boy to a local hotel and stayed at Kishtwar for the night and even managed an identity card for Junaid. Next morning, Irshad transported Junaid to Pinjrari (Dachhan) and handed over him to one ‘Chacha’, who finally handed over Junaid to HM commander Amir Kamal alias Akram. After a series of raids in Dacchan-Kishtwar, Irshad Ahmed Akhoon has also been apprehended and has been subjected to sustained questioning who has also narrated the same story. Irshad Ahmed is an ReT at primary school Lidri (Dacchan). During the course of further investigation, it has surfaced that Azher Ali Bhat is actually the kingpin of the game plan who had also motivated and helped Amir Kamal to join HM in November 2008.

Further, it come to notice that family of Amir Kamal at Kishtwar has paid for the transportation of Junaid from Jammu to Kishtwar and finally to Pinjrarai. Out of this money Azher had paid Rs 3500 to the Scorpio driver for carrying Junaid from Jammu to Kishtwar. In this regard further investigation is going on, further details are expected to surface in the coming days. A series of raids have been affected in Dachhan area to nab the last link of the network ie, ‘Chacha’.
