Hizbul Mujahideen ultras killed in Reasi
Soon after security forces reached the targeted area, they were fired upon by the terrorists triggering an encounter during which three Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists including a self styled Divisional Commander were gunned down.

POLICE AND security forces achieved a major success by eliminating three terrorists including a self styled Divisional Commander of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) outfit in Mahore area of district Reasi of Jammu and Kashmir state early yesterday morning.
 
Reports said that on specific information police in association with 61 RR launched a joint search operation in Dughan top Pathrian General area of Budhan of district Reasi.
 
Soon after security forces reached the targeted area, they were fired upon by the terrorists triggering an encounter during which three HM terrorists including a self styled Divisional Commander were gunned down.
 
The slain terrorists have been identified as Divisional Commander Mushtaq Ahmad alias Maqsood Bhat son of Ghulam Mohd Bhat resident of Goela Gool, Mohd Arshid alais Tahir son of Mohd Hanif of Chuchua Gool and Mohd Rafiq alias Murshid son of Lakhia bakerwal r/o Challad Arnas.
 
The slain terrorists namely Mohd Arshid was active over the last six years while as Divisional commander Mushtaq Ahmad alias Maqsood was active over the last 15 years.
 
Two AK 47 riffles, 06 magazine with 125 AK rounds, one pistol with 18 magazine, one ICON set, two Chinese grenades , two HE 36 grenades, One pouch and a solar charger , 04 spare mobile batteries, one mobile charger, one walkman (Sony) three kilograms RDX  and incriminating documents were found from the encounter site.
