How to do motion blur photography

Motion blur is frequently used to depict the sense of speed of a subject in motion. One can achieve this effect in a scene by setting the camera at a slow shutter speed. Moreover, one may use Adobe Photoshop to give this effect to even a frozen motion picture.

THOUGH AT times, motion blur pictures may look unnatural and unprofessional, and interesting at the same time.
