How to make fast food healthier
Fast food has become one of the realities of the urban world because of its convenience and taste. But, unfortunately this tasty fast food meal can pack you up with enough calories and eating it on regular basis can pose health problems.

Let us see how we can make the fast food healthier. First try to lessen the fat content in food. The chips, fries and maida-based items are full of fat, but even the apparently harmless sandwiches could contain more fat. So, to reduce fat percentage, remove the fatty items and substitute them with healthier options. For example, you can remove the extra cheese, butter and mayonnaise from burgers and sandwiches. The healthier and lesser fattening dressing like olive oil and peanut butter will help in reducing the fat content in the fast food.

The second thing is including fiber in your fast food. Richness in fiber will not only help you in maintaining your weight and avoid the bacterial infection, but it will also help you in preventing serious diseases. Adding vegetables like Lettuce, cumber, tomato and carrot to many foods will significantly increase the amount of fiber in the food. Try to eat burger and sandwiches including these items, reported indiainteracts.

Third option is using alternative ingredients. If you cannot kill craving for fast food, just have it but make sure that the alternative healthy ingredients are used. For example, say no to maida-based items like noodles or raps, instead use wheat flour. Do make the same crunchy patties with ingredients like oats or soybeans. In this way, you also get to have your fast food dishes, and it is not all that unhealthy. Combine this with regular exercise and you are good to cook a healthy fast food.
