HP unveils six new laptops for Indian market
Hewlett-Packard, India's leading computer hardware company, recently launched a new series of laptops targeted at budget buyers. The company also released a notebook targeted at business computing users
THE UNITED STATES-based computer technology company, Hewlett-Packard has launched six new laptops in Indian market. The company introduced a new series of laptops catering to personal lifestyle computing along with a new notebook targeted at business computing users.

The personal lifestyle computers are meant for budget buyers.

The company has introduced the six laptops at one go under the company's ‘go-to-market’ strategy, which is aimed at expanding its retail footprint across 650 cities and the retail partner network to over 10,000 by the end of this year.

Speaking to media about HP's new product range, HP India director (mobility business unit) personal systems group, Rajiev Grover said, “This new range has been conceptualised after extensive research to offer the best digital experience and a variety of options to consumers. As the market leader in the global and Indian PC space, HP continuously works to ensure that its product line appeals to new markets, segments and sub-segments.”


The six new models are in the dv2 series, dv3 series, dv6 series, HP Mini 110 series, CQ 610 series and the HP Pro Book. The new range will be sold through HP’s network of exclusive HP stores, multi-brand outlets and large format retailers.
