HTC One Series is another high-end entry into smartphone market
HTC continues to prove its worth in the market of smartphones as it launches new 'One Series' mobile phones in India on Monday. Competing with Apple's iphone, HTC is liked by most of the people and claimed to be in top 3 in the high-end smartphone user market.

ONE SERIES of HTC ranging between price Rupees 43, 000 and Rs 20,000 is very light weighted body made up of very strong polycarbonate body. While most of the smart phones use Qualcomm's chipsets, the HTC One X uses chipset from Nvidia.

In the midst of tough competition from Apple’s iPhone, BlackBerry, Samsung and Nokia, HTC’s One X available at a market operating price of Rs 37,899, the lightweight handset has a quad-ore processor and a 4.7 inch high definition screen. Whereas latest iPhone 4 comes at Rs 40900, which is having Dual-Core A5 chip with height of 4.5 inch and only 8Gb flash drive.

Many smartphones like Samsung’s Galaxy Note S2, Motorola’s RAZR XT 910, and Nokia’s Lumia 800, Sony Erricson Xperia Arc etc falls into same category. But despite current success of its Sensation XE HTC launched its new series just to provide existing high-end users with a new choice and attracting new consumers towards a league of smartphones.

As compared to Galaxy Arc of Samsung even if its price is low it seems that One series is a better option when compared to its Dual Core processor and only 16 Gb internal memory with 25Gb of every model of One series of HCL starting from Rs 20,000.

The HTC One V for the mid-end market also contains 25Gb of internal memory that means he can store more than 10,000 high quality of images and numerous songs and videos and priced only 18,299, according to the Times Of India.

According to the paper, HTC has already, due to its better services and high quality phones increased its business in India by 100% over 2010 and with this initiative of bringing new face of smartphones into the market they are just looking to grab more Indian market in future.
