HUDA Faridabad Plots results 2010 declared today
The registration numbers to all the eligible applicants have already been issued.Allotment results can be checked on the official website of HUDA. However, it seems that it will take some time to get updated on the website.
ALLOTMENT OF residential plots in Sector 2, 56, 56-A, 62, 64 and 65 of Faridabad and Sector 2 of Palwal was held at Sports Complex, Sector 12, Faridabad today i.e. June 21, 2010. Arvind Malhan, Estates Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA),in accordance with the Haryana Govt. organised the draw of various residential plots at Faridabad and Palwal today.
So the wait is finally over for more than 2.5 lakh people, who had applied for residential plots in Faridabad about six months ago.
Haryana Government had announced invitations for allotment of 2000 residential plots in Faridabad on Haryana Day i.e on November 1, 2009.
Though, HUDA had invited application for allotment of residential plots in 16 townships of Haryana, Faridabad topped the list with about 2000 residential plots announced for allotment. The scheme commenced on November, 06, 2009 and the bookings ended on 5th of January, 2010.
The registration numbers to all the eligible applicants have already been issued. Allotment results can be checked on the official website of HUDA. However, it seems that it will take some time to get updated on the website so we will advise the candidates to attend this draw at faridabad to get the quick results.
The applications are received with initial fees. In case of industrial plots, no HUDA draws take place as these plots are given on First-Cum-First serve basis. In case of HUDA Faridabad, areas like Ballabhgarh, Faridabad Municipal Complex have been greatly benefited by the HUDA Faridabad Properties.
The impact of HUDA Faridabad draw can be well understood from the fact that more than 50% of Haryana's income is contributed by Faridabad.HUDA Faridabad has been undertaking HUDA Faridabad Auction in which the applicant, who bids the highest gets the plot for commercial establishment. HUDA Faridabad Plot Results have enabled HUDA earn phenomenal profits and simultaneously made the development of urban facilities in Faridabad possible. Faridabad has many HUDA Plots and institutional sites that have been allotted for Religious, Social and Educational Purposes.
