HUDA plots offer an attractive residential option
Freehold residential plots are also available in areas like Sonipat, Rohtak, Bahadurgarh, Ambala, Jind, Hisar and Palwal. Large number of plots will be available in Faridabad numbering 1969 and these would be available in different sizes.

 
HUDA POPULARLY known as Haryana Urban Development Authority has invited application for allotment of freehold residential plots in various urban estates developed by HUDA. The HUDA plots are also available in Faridabad one of the key urban areas being developed by it in Haryana along with Gurgaon.
 
Freehold residential HUDA plots are also vailable in areas like Sonipat, Rohtak, Bahadurgarh, Ambala, Jind, Hisar and Palwal. Large number of HUDA plots will be available in Faridabad numbering 1969 and these would be available in different sizes.
 
Residential plots in a new sector will be allotted by inviting applications in the leading newspapers. Allotment will be is made by conducting the draw from the applications received against the advertisement. All the successful applicants are issued a letter of allotment by including all terms & conditions of allotment and mode of schedule of payment. This allotment is made as per the provisions of Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) Act, 1977.
