He also said that if the issue was not solved peacefully, then those seeking Azafi would be forced to pick up arms. He clarified that the APHC is not against India but, against the policies of the country, which are against the people living in Jammu and Kashmir. He out rightly repeated that the division of Kashmir, between India and Pakistan was neither acceptable to the people nor to APHC.
“We appeal to the Indian government to stop harassing innocent youth, killing Kashmiris and carrying out other human rights violations. We also ask the people of this region to maintain communal harmony and brotherhood.”
He further said that people belonging to minority community of this area were the brethren of Kashmiris and therefore, should be protected from terrorist elements. He also said that if India will initiate a dialogue process with NC and PDP then, APHC will out rightly reject this offer.
“APHC is the united and sole representative of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Further, the state needs not just economic packages for its development, but also, a political package, which would solve this problem once and for al”, he added.
