Ian Usher shows how to overcome midlife crisis
We have all heard of phrases such as 'the seven year itch' and 'men get forty at four-zero forty' -..

AGAINST THIS background, the story of Ian Usher, a sort of a Bohemian character, makes for an interesting read. Ian Usher is now 48 years old and, originally from Darlington, UK, he had migrated to Perth in Australia with a wish list of 100 things to do in 100 days. But, his world fell apart when his wife Laura wife left him after 6 years in Australia.
Ian Usher found himself in a midlife crisis. Stricken with grief, he sold all his earthly possessions on eBay to make a fresh start. He got 192,000 pounds sterling from the sale of his 3-bedroom house with all its contents which included a Mazda car, motorbike, jet-ski and parachuting gear, reported the Daily Mail.
Then his checkered life really took off – apart from meeting the billionaire Sir Richard Branson and doing bit parts in Hollywood movies, he ran with bulls in Spain, cage dived with the great white sharks and joined the Mile High Club.
Ian Usher is happy. He is living life to the full. He has bought a 2.2-acre island off the coast of Panama in the Caribbean for 30,000 pounds sterling, he has fallen in love again with a Canadian named Moe and has already ticked off 93 of the 100 experiences he had planned to complete within a period of 100 weeks – or roughly two years.
He has written and published the story of his life and Disney is interested to buy its rights! As the saying goes, fortune favors the brave.
