Media should make it a test-case and see if the present Maharashtra government has practical capability and courage to take stringent action against Shiv Sena activists responsible for vandalism.

MEDIA SHOULD make the attack on IBN Lokmat channel as a test-case and see if the present Maharashtra government has the capability and courage to take stringent action including arrest of those responsible for attackking IBN-Lokmat TV channel in Mumbai on November 20.

Even senior leaders of Shiv Sena including have justified the attack in some manner or other. The leaders promoting violence should also be arrested and a strong case should be made against them. It is also be a test-case for BJP which should support government-action against its ally Shiv Sena for this irresponsible attack. Government-action should be a lesson for both Shiv Sena and MNS.

History reveals that all governments in Maharashtra especially those of Congress and NCP have failed to take any concrete action against political vigilantes and workers carrying out such activities. Present episode should not be allowed to become a history of past in time to come.
