THE MYSTERIOUS murder mystery at last has been solved, the brutal murder of Amrata Pancholi, a professor at the prestigious IIM Indore was hacked by a driver known to her. It was a robbery bid that turned sour.

Investigating agencies worked on every detail, including the deceased professor’s call history and probing people close to her. Police nabbed Amrita’s driver, gardener and two security guards and found that her driver Anil Patel was giving contradictory statements. He was probed further and gave many startling revelations to the police. He told that he and one his friends Bhavesh Soni conspired to rob the professor.

As reported, Professor Amrata Pancholi was found murdered on Thursday, December 17 at her residence within the high security residential campus of IIM Indore with multiple stab wounds all across her body. On December 17, driver Anil Patel went to Amrata’s place to do some mechanical work for her car.

She gave the key of her residence and asked Anil to lock the door. Anil didn’t lock the rear door and later on he sneaked in from this entry. And when Amrata returned he smartly stole her ATM/Credit cards from her purse and threatened her of dire consequences, if she didn’t reveal password, required to dispense money from ATMs. Anil said that she didn’t budge and he stabbed her many a times, leaving her dead.

Perpetrators of such crime should be sent to gallows, so that a clear signal can be conveyed to antisocial elements: Think hundred times before taking any innocent life. Greed had taken the life of a promising young professor.

This news statement needs correction. 1. Anil Patel was not Prof Amrata's driver. He was driver of IIM I, ON PAYROLLS OF IIM-I FOR 10 YEARS, Essentially the driver of the Director.2. Prof Pancholi did not hand over the keys of the house, essentially there was no regular contact of the driver with Prof. Amrata with no access to her home atall. The keys were either robbed from office or the car's dashboard without any knowledge oft his event to Amrata, which has been confessed by the criminal himself.rof. Pancholi was a lady of very high value system, regards and dignity. She would always be remembered for her good conduct, hardwork and humbleness.
