IIPM B-School: The Human Factor Club
The core focus of Human Factor club is to enrich students with knowledge on economic business environment and to bring out best of their entrepreneurial skills. It lays emphasis on indispensability of managing people well, in any field of working.
THE HUMAN Factor club at IIPM, just does not stop exploring new horizons for the brighter future of the students. This club lays emphasis on the indispensability of managing people well, in any field of working. The club aligns itself with the concepts of human resource prevalent in the industry. Seminars, guest lectures, HR paper presentations, case studies etc by eminent HR personalities from the industry are a part of its regular activities. This helps bridge the gap between academia and the corporate world.

The club’s core focus is to enrich students with knowledge on economic business environment and to bring out the best of the entrepreneurial skills in the students. Offers a forum in which prominent business and government leaders can express their views on the most important economic issues of the day and on how those issues affect the region, the nation and the world. The objective is to ascertain that the information passes on to the students, as their benefit is supreme. Participation in club activities demand and develop leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

GENIUS 40

Popularly known as the Information Technology Club, Objective of the club is to provide and enhance the knowledge of students on the IT industry through seminars, forums and competitions. In this indispensable world of technology it is very important to understand the fundamentals of technology and this is what G-40 club aims at doing. Some compulsory activities would be the famous 'Inter-section IT Quiz', participation in Inter-Business School Technology Forums', Research surveys and the much acclaimed 'IT Feast', which is one of the biggest attractions at AMAZE.

This club facilitates interactions between the students and the corporate world so as to give them an in-depth understanding as to how the corporate world functions and what skills they should equip themselves with so as to attain higher levels of success in the careers that they choose to pursue. The club also organises guest lectures, seminars, career counseling sessions and a host of other activities to fulfill its objectives. It involves interfacing with corporates, meeting with top managers in various organisations and coordinating with the students and the management.
