Important tips for water reflection photography
Water reflections in photography can provide stunning effects and beautiful images. If you have a digital camera, experiment with water reflection photography.

THERE IS no doubt that for some extra drama in the snaps, one must try water reflection shots. Here are a few tips to help you to make a good start in water reflection photography.

The best time for water reflection photography is golden hour. One hour around the sunrise and sunset time provides the strongest reflections as the light is relatively low and directs on the things you want to see reflected.

When sky is overcast, one can do water reflection photography even in the afternoon. Adjust the angle of the camera for shooting to get a good composition.

Use a high aperture number such as f/11. Hold your camera firmly and focus it on the actual reflection and press the shutter button.

You must try water reflection photography both on a clear day and a cloudy day. You may use a circular polarizer or split-ND filter can provide a good contrast between a scene and its reflection. But it is optional since professional use such devices to get good effects for such photography.
