Improve communication skills in Hindi, Hinglish and English which is essential for marketing jobs
‘Effective communication is necessary and sufficient condition to become successful in every walk of life, job and assignment. Let us understand that small are big and beautiful in-terms of nano-technology providing smart mobile phones which are essential for enhancing the efficiency of communication in present times. Effective management is practically the function of effective communication,” said Dr. M.M. Goel, Professor of Economics & Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, Kurukshetra University.

Dr. Goel said this while addressing the 50 visiting students on an educational tour from non Hindi speaking States of India organized by the university's Dept. of Hindi and sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. He was speaking on the topic ‘Role of Youth in Democratic India’.

For achieving success in the rat race of competition, Indian youth needs to improve communication skills in Hindi , Hinglish and English which is essential for marketing jobs in all sectors of the economy believes Professor Goel.

Let us join hands for gender neutral language for smoothing the polluted relationships between men and women for all times to come. The relationship management calls for learning to behave with words and sentences which are liked by others, said Professor Goel.

Dr. Pushpa Rani, Professor of Hindi and coordinator of the programme on behalf of the ministry of HRD welcomed & introduced the guests including Dr. Anuradha Singhal Research Officer and Dr.Ved Vayathit.

With the spiritual strength and character, upright morals, strenuous practice, fearlessness, Indian youth are capable of becoming human capital to prove demographic dividend, opined Dr. Goel.

To wipe the tears in the eyes of the weak and meek, we have to become unique by becoming altruistic (not me but you) to do something for the society which needs people with empathy and not sympathy only, told Dr. Goel.
