Agneepath is getting a good response from almost all film critics, thanks to Sanjay Dutt and Rishi..
This doesn’t mean that Hrithik Roshan did not deliver. He played the silent, brooding type to the T and there was not a shadow of
Amitabh Bachchan about him. If with Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara he revived his slow career, with Agneepath Roshan arrived. However, we have seen a brooding Hrithik so many times that it was not new. This is where the comparison happened as we all know a gullible Munna Bhai, and a good hearted chacha in Rishi Kapoor but never seen a Kaancha Cheena and Rauf Lala.
Karan Johar just might have won him some surprisingly positive
reviews from critics. Everyone knows his commercial, happy go lucky and all’ well that ends well fairytales but with this film he has raised the bar for himself. Everyone is asking about the director Karan Malhotra and where did Karan had hidden him for till now. Although this is a purely Hindi movie of hatred, revenge, love story and lost glory restored, good triumphs over evil; the way the film has been written grips everyone and throughout the film the audience is bound to feel the various ups and downs of human relationship felt by Vijay Deenanath Chauhan.
The story of the movie would lose its glamour if written; the best way to experience Agneepath is to watch it. In the hoards of bad movies that has been plaguing Bollywood recently, this movie is a life saver of all those movie goers who crave for a well written, good plot good movie. As for the remake, only the name has been copied, the rest of Agneepath is very different.
