India must reform its existing anti-terror laws
Post-Delhi blasts various quarters are clamouring to restore POTA. No doubt, terrorists have sprouted in hordes. But, we all know where the flaws lie. It's high time our law implementing bodies tighten existing laws to nab the terrorists

IN INDIA we need serious and practical implementation of the existing anti-terror laws. There is no use of making laws as a mere formality. If some laws, rules and regulations are made, the legislators and the implementing bodies should make sure that people are abiding by those laws. Laws, which are not followed, are almost equal to nothing and result in nothing.

Whenever any untoward incident occurs, then only such issues are raised. If these issues are taken care of on regular basis, one could reduce the probability of mishappenings. It is because of the flaws of security and loopholes in the law enforcing system of our country that the perpetrators attacked normalcy in Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi.

A strong and tough policy is required to cope with terrorism in India, which is seen as a soft state in countering terror attacks, but in the conflict, ordinary people pay the price in losses of lives.

There are enough law to handle any kind of terroriest activities, the same has been proved in Punjab, where terror was on its peak. The only thing required is honest effort and strong will power to fight against it. As long as we have spineless politicians like Amar Singh who are shedding tears on encounter with terrorist in Delhi.

there is not only need to reform in terror law rather the arying need is to ammend the intire obsolate laws which we are carrying since a long past . Actually aur policy makers do not have any clear cut vision to fight against terror or any kind of criminal activities.
