India Vs Australia : 2nd ODI
The Nagpur pitch is expected to be flat and very good for run making but the evening dew might be a concern for the captains and would think twice before batting first. Still India will have to play really well if they want to win.
THE FIRST of the seven one day match series saw, Australia beating India by 4 runs at the Vadodara ground on October 25. The Indians take on the injury hit Australians today at the Vidarbh Cricket Ground, Nagpur in the second one day international. However, team India have a better chance of winning the second match today, as they have Yuvraj Singh back in the team and would be a great solace for the team. Yuvraj Singh had broken his finger during the ICC Champions Trophy in South Africa.

Meanwhile on the other hand, Australia suffered a major blow on Tuesday with Brett Lee and Mitchel Johnson both ruled out of the second one day international due to injuries. Andrew Hiditch said that Lee and Johnson would not be playing the 2nd ODI after suffering from elbow and ankle injuries respectively in the 1st ODI at Vadodara.

Lee 32, palyed an instrumental role both with the bat and the ball in New South Wales title vicotry in the Champions league in India last week. Johnson after having a bad phase, was also in good form but has been ruled out for the Nagpur's match due to an ankle injury. Still, he may be included in the final eleven and the decision would be taken just before the match starts. Australia has a number of its key players like Michael Clarke, Brad Haddin, Nathan Bracken and Callum Ferguson injured and with Lee and Johnson also joining them, it would be tough for Australia to compete against a fully fit Indian team.

The Nagpur pitch is expected to be flat and very good for run making but the evening dew might be a concern for the captains and would think twice before batting first. Still India will have to play really well if they want to win and this could be the best chance to equal the tally and keep the India Australia 2009 series more interesting.
