India vs England Third Cricket Test from August 10; Dhoni needs victory
In the third cricket Test match at Edgbaston from Wednesday August 10, MS Dhoni and his boys have to perform equally well in all the departments including batting, bowling and fielding to bounce back in the series from 0-2.

INDIAN TEAM will come to the ground of Edgbaston, Birmingham in the third cricket Test match of the on-going India vs. England series 2011 on Wednesday August 10 with a positive energy to bouncing back in the series from their current situation. The world no. 1 Test playing team India had defeated back-to-back against host England in the Lord's and Trent Bridge Test in the series of four Test matches.

The Indian team is struggling with injuries in the on-going series and the latest result of injury is that the two leading bowlers of the team, Zaheer Khan and Harbhajan Singh, have been ruled out of the series. Zaheer picked up a hamstring injury during the first Test at Lord's and Harbhajan Singh has sustaining a stomach injury. South paw Yuvraj Singh is also withdrawn from the series after sustaining a finger injury during the Trent Bridge Test.

However, a little smile can be seen in the team management from the inclusion of Virender Sehwag in the squad after his injury. Sehwag will likely to open the inning with Gautam Gambhir, who missed the second Test because of his injury. Sehwag-Gambhir opening pair is one of the best pairs in the history of Test cricket.

In the third Test, Coach Duncan Fletcher and captain MS Dhoni will mainly depend on the trio of most experienced cricketers in the squad Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman. Dravid, who is most successful batsman in the ongoing Test series for the country with two consecutive hundreds, can equal Sir Don Bradman's record of three consecutive 100's in England in the Test series. Millions of fans of Sachin from across the globe are also waiting eagerly for his 100th international hundred.

In the absence of two most experienced bowlers of the team, the Indian team is again likely to play with three pacers Praveen Kumar, Ishant Sharma and Sreesanth as well as a specialist spinner in the form of Amit Mishra. In the playing XI, the team management should pick in-form batsman Abhinav Mukund in the middle order. Captain Dhoni, who is not scoring and missed some opportunities, needs to score runs and pick catches behind stumps.

The English team has recalled Ravi Bopara for the third Test against India at Edgbaston in place of Jonathan Trott, who is suffering from a shoulder injury. In the first two Tests England batsmen such as Kevin Pietersen, Matt Prior, Ian Bell has scored hundred against the visitors. Stuart Broad has performed truly all-round performance in the on-going series and picked 15 wickets and scored 182 runs including two fifties. James Anderson has also bowled well and claimed 12 wickets so far.
