ICC T20 World Cup
Indian bowlers are in good rhythm, says Former Indian Cricketer
In a number of instances, India has been left red-faced with their bowling performances in the past, but the ongoing T20 World Cup has narrated a different tale. The Indian bowlers have troubled their opponents, in the process helping India maintain a cent percent winning record in the competition. How has the Indian bowlers suddenly looked so good?

Karsan Ghavri, former Indian cricketer said, ''The bowling attack is looking good. They have settled into a good rhythm. They are confident and their levels have also been boosted.'' All the bowlers, primarily Ashwin, Amit Mishra, Jadeja, Mohammad Shami and Bhuvneshwar Kumar have contributed to the success.

''Mishra has been the find of the series. He is bowling very well along with the other spinners – Ashwin and Jadeja,'' said Karsan Ghavri. Mishra has troubled all his opponents so far, which includes batsmen from Australia, Bangladesh, West Indies and Pakistan. He has taken nine wickets in the competition, India's highest wicket taker followed by Ashwin and Jadeja with seven and five wickets respectively.

But, one has to take note of the Indian seamers, who are hiding under the shadow of the spinners. They have not been taking a good haul of wickets, like the spinners, which might be a cause of concern, when these spinners fail to perform. Kumar has just taken three wickets so far and Shami has just two scalp against his name.

But Karsan seems unperturbed, as he said, ''The wickets in Bangladesh are not so conducive to the fast bowlers, but spinners. At present, Shami and Kumar is the best opening (bowling) pair for India.''

With India topping their group, India will play the second placed side in the other group. Other teams are fearing India more as India possesses the best batting line up in the competition and with bowlers finally showing their class, they resemble a well balanced unit.

''Irrespective of who we play further in the competition, they know our strength and our weakness and so does India. The bottom line remains – India got to win their next two matches (semis and finals) to win the title,'' said Karsan.

He further added that Indian has a brilliant chance to win the ICC T20 World Cup. ''We have a 60 -40 chance of winning the title,'' concluded Karsan.
